Hotel very central. Superb view, having booked seaview room. Shops easy walking distance from hotel. Good number of restaurants nearby serving local seafood. Excellent service from friendly staff.
Narrow corridors with quite a few steps. Walls relatively thin and therefore quite noisy. Some decor a little jaded. Car park some distance from the hotel.

For better sleep, request a room away from the bar, as some have noise issues from live music.

The restraurante was excellent, the bar and small lounge very comfortable. Al the staff were freindly and helpful. It also was good having parking as there is very limited parking in Brixham.
The steep narrow staircase, but this is part of the old building
